By email and at the AGM 2015 in Stockholm it was pointed out and discussed that the ESSDA board really needs more women.
And yes, quite soon after Stockholm two women stepped forward and let us know that they would like to get involved, and to learn and experience this year what being a board member is all about. This means that at a board meeting four women and five men are at the (Skype) table now.
The two new female ‘try-out’ board members are Chrisi Lyons and Trix Macleod, both from the UK.
