The first “serious” same-sex dance sequence of Standard Formation Dance was performed at the European Championships 2015 in Poland by the Dutch team DSV Dance Impression. Watch the video at approx 2:40min on youtube.
Even if the same-sex sequences have been banned by the WDSF – good luck for the World Championship in Ludwigsburg. Be proud and imagine!
The team reached the final of the World Championships on 28th November and finished 6th. At least a statement for tolerance was made in the final sequence when two male dancers performed a lift together. Congratulations!
The results of the Swiss Open Equality Competitions (21/11/2015 in Zürich) are online:
Next year’s competition is already scheduled on 19th November 2016. Plan your trip to Zürich and make this event really big.
